Pecan Snowball




*Ingredients 



°1 cup softened butter



° 1/2 cup powdered sugar



 °½ tsp salt 



°1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 



°2 1/4 of flour 



°1 c finely chop pecans



 °1 tablespoon powdered sugar



 *Directions 



Prepare the oven and preheat it to one hundred and seventy-five degrees C or 350 degrees F. 



Add the powdered sugar and butter to the blender bowl. Beat until creamy.



Add the flour, pecans, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Form small balls with the mixture.



Line the baking sheet with paper. Arrange the balls on organized baking sheets. Plan to move away from each ball. Place them in the preheated oven and cook for about eleven minutes or until they are cooked.



Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Add the powdered sugar to a mixing bowl.



Add the cookies in batches, then stir until well coated. Serve and enjoy!
