*Ingredients:
°4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
°Salt and pepper, to taste
°2 tablespoons olive oil
°4 cloves garlic, chopped
°1 cup thick cream
°1/2 c Parmesan cheese
°1/4 cup fresh parsley
°4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
*PREPARATION:
Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).
Seasoning chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Adding chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 mn per side
Removing chicken from the pan and set apart.
In the same skillet, add the chopped garlic and cook for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Pour in the thick cream and simmer. Cooking for about 2-3 mn
Stir in grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
Add the potato wedges to the pan and mix in the sauce.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken and hot potatoes with the garlic parmesan cream sauce with a spoon.
