°3 peeled and boiled potatoes

°Bechamel sauce

Bechamel sauce:
°5 tbsp butter
°4 tablespoons of flour for all purposes
°4 cups of milk
°2 teaspoons salt
°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
*Here's what you're doing:
1. Before anything else, we will make a basic shamel sauce for later use in the recipe! First, get a medium saucepan and melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the flour and stir everything until smooth. Continue cooking your mixture until light golden for about six or seven minutes.
