Best Coconut Cream Pie



*Ingredients

° 1c Milk
°1C peeled with sweetened coconut
°1c light cream
° 1/2 C Sugar
°2 tbsp corn starch
° 2 Separate egg
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
°Pancake crust 1.
°8 ounces whipped cream

Instructions
1. Bake the pie crust according to the instructions on the packaging and completely cool.
2. Putting milk and light cream in double kettle. Add the sugar and boil the mixture.
3. Add 2 tbsp. Cold water for cornstarch. Stir well.
4. In bowl, whisking egg yolks until light. Adding cornstarch mixture to egg yolk. Mix well.
5. Adding egg mixture to milk mixture in double boiler.
6. Cooking for 5 mn, stir constantly.
7. Taking it out of the heat. Adding vanilla and coconut.
Let's stand 30 min.
8. Pour to ready crust. Cover with plastic wrap and cool for 30 minutes or until cooked.
9. Remove the plastic casing. Cover with whipped cream.
